What to watch in Titan's Q2 FY27 results
- Jewellery. Jewellery income rose 43% from a year earlier to ₹18,253 crore in Q1, excluding bullion and digital gold, on festive and Akshaya Tritiya demand; plain gold jewellery grew about 35%. The figure includes Damas, which Titan has consolidated since January 2026.
- Customs duty gain. Reported Q1 profits include ₹407 crore of gains linked to the increase in customs duty on gold. Titan says profit before tax grew 37% excluding that effect, against 64% as reported.
- Bullion sales. Revenue from operations includes gold-ingot sales: ₹749 crore in Q1 against ₹6,804 crore in the March quarter, so the quarter-on-quarter revenue comparison swings with bullion.
- Watches and debentures. Watches income grew 21% to ₹1,543 crore and EyeCare 21% to ₹289 crore in Q1. On 5 November the board will also consider issuing unsecured non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
